Once you check out these incredible benefits of eggs, you'll want to eat 4 eggs a day too!

Eggs Increase Your Risk of Early Death from a Heart Attack:

0:00 Introduction: Why I eat 4 eggs daily
0:27 The nutrition in eggs
2:50 Free-range eggs vs. cage-free eggs vs. pasture-raised eggs
5:48 Egg benefits
10:45 How do you cook an egg to maximize nutrition?
11:34 Check out my video on the cholesterol in eggs!

Today, I'm going to tell you why I eat four eggs a day and why you should do this too.

The nutrition of an egg is determined by how the chicken is raised and by what it's fed. I recommend getting organic pasture-raised eggs. Getting your eggs from a farmer's market is a great idea or even raising your own chickens for eggs.

It's important to note that I do not eat eggs for breakfast. I eat them for a late lunch because I fast breakfast. It's also important to consume the whole egg vs. only egg whites.

Heating an egg can destroy some of the carotenoids. To maximize the nutrition of the eggs, it's great to have them poached or over-easy. If you like them scrambled, it's best to crack them inside of the pan and allow the whites to turn white before scrambling them.

If you're a small person, you may want to consume one or two eggs a day. If you're a larger person, you may want to consume three or four.

Health benefits of eggs:
• Eggs are a great source of protein
• Eggs contain choline
• Eggs contain lecithin
• Eggs have vitamin K2, vitamin D, vitamin E, and vitamin A
• Eggs are rich in omega-3 fatty acids
• Eggs are loaded with B vitamins
• Eggs have minerals and trace minerals
• Eggs contain carotenoids

0:00 Introduction: How much water do we need?
0:50 Understanding hydration
7:25 The best way to stay hydrated
8:38 How to know if you're dehydrated
10:53 Check out my video on electrolytes!

Today, I will cover some interesting new concepts about water and its ability to hydrate your cells.

Water gets into your cells through small channels with help from electrolytes. A dehydrated cell has an imbalance of electrolytes and fluid, not just a lack of water. If you drink too much water, you can dilute certain electrolytes and become dehydrated.

Water is important, but we don't get hydrated just from water. When you're not thirsty and force yourself to drink a lot of water, this can cause various issues, especially if you exercise.

Other liquids like coffee, tea, soda, alcohol, and fruit juice can deplete your electrolytes and cause you to become dehydrated. Sports drinks may also cause more weight gain than soda. Even certain electrolyte powders contain a lot of sugar.

A good principle is to drink when you're thirsty and don't force yourself to drink too much. It's also essential to get all of the electrolytes and avoid things that can deplete your electrolytes.

Keep in mind, if you're prone to kidney stones, you should drink at least 2.5 liters of fluid with electrolytes every day.

0:45 Causes of damaged proteins
4:50 How to get rid of AGEs
7:15 How to get youthful skin and look younger
23:32 Check out my video on autophagy!

When it comes to looking younger, we're really dealing with the accumulation of damaged proteins.

The more damaged proteins you have, internally and externally, the older you'll look. Damaged proteins can cause a lot of problems throughout the body and can also make you look old.

A big cause of damaged proteins is AGEs (advanced glycation end products). To get rid of AGEs, you need to get your body into a condition called autophagy. Autophagy recycles old damaged proteins to make new ones. This is essential to help you look younger.

The best way to get into autophagy is by doing intermittent fasting. If you're already doing intermittent fasting, you can also try OMAD (one meal a day). If you're experienced with OMAD, you could try dry OMAD.

Additional ways to look younger:
• Get plenty of sun or infrared light
• Support your liver
• Support bile production
• Consume enough fat in your diet
• Consume plenty of vegetables and have them with fat (like olive oil)
• Support your antioxidant networks (by doing exercise and fasting)
• Don't consume sugar or refined carbs
• Stop smoking
• Work hard to counter stress
• Make sure you consume a moderate amount of high-quality protein
• Support your microbiome

0:00 Introduction
0:45 What causes cancer?
4:20 How to lower your cancer risk
15:55 Check out this interesting interview!

Cancer is caused by damage to your mitochondria. This damage converts a normal cell to a cancer cell. Anything that can create damage in your mitochondria can cause cancer.

A few main things that increase your risk of cancer are smoking, alcohol consumption, a poor diet, and high insulin. Consuming refined carbs and sugar and eating frequent meals can cause high insulin.

On the flip side, a healthy diet and intermittent fasting are essential. Intermittent fasting and prolonged fasting may be the most important things you could do to lower your cancer risk.

The more refined something is, or the more chemically processed something is, the more it will increase your risk for cancer. It’s vital to give special attention to the quality of your foods and avoid refined and processed foods.

You need to focus on consuming real, natural foods—not the synthetic versions of food. It’s essential to get your fiber and antioxidants from actual food and not the synthetic versions added to food or synthetic supplements.

Melatonin is fantastic to help decrease your risk of cancer. To increase your melatonin, you need to expose yourself to infrared light. This is as simple as being out in the sun.

Other things that can help lower your risk of cancer are consuming vegetables and getting plenty of exercise. Consuming just three servings of cruciferous vegetables a week can decrease your risk of getting certain types of cancer.

The top things to avoid:
• Smoking
• Alcohol
• Omega-6 fatty acids
• Vegetable oil, seed oils, and corn oil
• Trans fats
• Sugar
• Refined carbs
• Processed foods
• Synthetic foods (including synthetic fiber and synthetic antioxidants)
• Frequent meals

The top things you need to focus on:
• Consuming real, natural foods
• Lowering your insulin
• Consuming cruciferous vegetables
• Doing intermittent and prolonged fasting
• Exposing yourself to infrared light to help increase your melatonin and vitamin D
• Exercising

6:20 How to fix dry and wrinkled hands

11:04 Check out my video on anti-aging!

Today, I'm going to share the best remedy for dry hands. It's important to keep in mind that everything you put on your skin gets absorbed into the bloodstream and goes to the liver.

You need to make sure everything you put on your skin is safe. Many personal care products and even tap water contain chemicals that deplete vitamins and are harsh to the skin.

There are friendly (non-harmful) microbes that live on your skin, which are essential for your skin and your health. It's vital to have a healthy environment for the microbes on your skin.

Your skin's pH is acidic, and if your pH becomes more alkaline, many different problems can occur. So, it's important to make sure what you put on your skin won't mess with your skin's pH.

It's also important to focus on your diet and what's going on internally with your body to help fix different problems that are happening externally. Lowering your carbs and doing intermittent fasting is a great place to start.

How to fix dry hands:
1. Avoid things that make them dry (like petroleum-based lotions)
2. Put fat-soluble vitamins back into the hands (vitamin A, D, E, and K)
3. Don't continually kill the friendly microbes on your skin without giving them time to replenish

The best home remedy for dry hands:

Ingredients
1 egg yolk
1 tsp. (14g) raw honey (preferably manuka honey)
2 tbsp. (26g) extra virgin olive oil

Mix the ingredients in a bowl and apply the mixture to your hands. Leave the mixture on your hands for 20 minutes, and then wash your hands. It's best to do this two times a week, right before you go to bed.

Have you heard the idea that we have 20 pounds of toxic poop in our colons? Today we're going to talk about if there's any truth to it.

I don't think the average person or even a person with constipation has 10 or 20 pounds of toxic waste in their colon. It's not impossible for someone to have this much waste in their colon, but it's rare.

Waste is not always toxic. Many people think they need to flush out waste to be clean and healthy. But, when people do these cleanses, they also flush out friendly bacteria that they need to help with digestion and many other things.

Different factors can affect the material going through your system. If someone is constipated, they need to consider probiotics and fiber. But, you need to get your fiber from vegetables and your probiotics from foods or a high-quality probiotic supplement.

Herbal laxatives can also be beneficial, but keep in mind that the root cause of your constipation relates to something wrong with your diet. Ultimately, fixing your diet is the best thing you can do to help with digestive problems.

3:28 What causes thin eyelashes?
4:40 How to grow long, thick eyelashes
7:45 Key takeaways
8:05 Check out my video on what causes a zinc deficiency and how to correct it!

Today we’re going to talk about how to grow long, thick eyelashes.

Eyelashes are made of protein. But, you need trace minerals to make amino acids, which then turn into proteins. When you’re missing certain trace minerals, devastating things can happen to your body.

When people lose their eyelashes or have thin eyelashes, it comes down to a deficiency of a specific type of prostaglandin.

Things that will help fix this deficiency:
1. Ricinoleic acid
• This acid can help correct the deficiency and helps regrow eyelashes. Ricinoleic acid is in castor oil. Just make sure the castor oil you buy is organic and cold-processed or unrefined.

2. Zinc
• Zinc is a trace mineral, and when you’re deficient in zinc, you can’t make the prostaglandin you need. If you take a zinc supplement, it’s best to get it from a quality supplement that contains a blend of all of the trace minerals.

How to grow long, thick eyelashes:
1. Take zinc
2. Use castor oil topically

It’s important to understand symptoms like this and instead of covering them up, try to find the root cause.

Let's talk about the best nutrient to boost collagen. Basically, collagen is a protein that connects your body together.

Collagen is in many different parts of your body, including your:
• Cartilage
• Tendons
• Ligaments
• Bones
• Teeth
• Skin
• Eyes
• Vessels
• Gut
• Spinal discs
• Fascia
• Muscles

The top nutrient that boosts collagen is copper. Copper has a direct effect on making collagen, preventing the loss of collagen, and making elastin.

Copper is a trace mineral that's needed in a very small amount, but it's necessary for the enzymes that allow proteins to form.

Symptoms of a copper deficiency:
• Swayback (lordosis)
• Loose skin
• Aging skin
• Hernias
• Weak joints
• Weak spinal discs
• Varicose veins
• Weak muscles

Benefits of copper:
• It transports iron
• It supports immunity
• It can help reduce excess sweating
• It supports endurance exercise
• It can help slow down greying
• It can help improve balance in the dark or when your eyes are closed
• It can help decrease uric acid
• It can help detox fluoride
• It helps warm your feet

Foods rich in copper:
• Liver
• Kidney
• Oysters
• Shellfish
• Shiitake mushrooms
• Sesame seeds

Common causes of a copper deficiency:
• A lack of copper in the soil
• Gastric bypass surgery
• Taking too much ascorbic acid
• Taking too much zinc
• Consuming too much sugar
• Consuming alcohol
• Consuming too much fiber (added functional fibers)

2:55 Ten foods that help you lose belly fat
10:45 Check out my video on which foods to avoid to lose belly fat!

Today I'm going to cover the top 10 foods that help you lose belly fat.

Cortisol is a stress hormone that turns protein into sugar. It causes your liver to make new sugar out of non-carbohydrate sources, such as fat, ketones and protein.

If your cortisol is really high, your body will make a lot of sugar. This increase in sugar will elevate insulin, and insulin makes belly fat. Consuming a high-carb diet and sugar, or eating too frequently can also cause your insulin to spike, leading to belly fat.

You'll typically notice belly fat after the liver is already fatty because a lot of the visceral fat around the organs comes from a spill-off of fat from the liver. So, the best foods to help you lose belly fat address lowering insulin, lowering cortisol or supporting the liver.

Ten foods that help you lose belly fat:
1. Eggs
2. Salmon
3. Cod liver and cod liver oil
4. Sauerkraut
5. Cruciferous vegetables
6. Hamburger
7. Avocados
8. Broccoli sprouts
9. Asparagus
10. Nutritional yeast (non-fortified)

In this video, we’re going to talk about how to get rid of skin tags and warts within one day with a simple home remedy.

Warts are caused by a human papillomavirus (HPV) infection. HPV affects 325 million women worldwide.

There are over one hundred different types of HPV—14 of which can cause cancer. In fact, HPV can cause cervical cancer, and it is the 4th most common cause of cancer in women.

Viruses like HPV can hide out in the body until your immune system is compromised by stress, a health condition, or old age.

The best natural home remedies for skin tags and warts are:
1. Povidone-iodine
2. Fresh garlic

Here’s how to use them:
Step 1: Crush up garlic and put it in a dish
Step 2: Place a couple of drops of povidone-iodine in another dish
Step 3: Mix a small amount of garlic and garlic juice with the iodine
Step 4: Apply the solution topically to your wart or skin tag
Step 5: Cover the area with a bandaid
Step 6: Save the iodine and garlic mixture to apply twice daily (mixture will stay good for one day)

For some, this remedy can work within a day—for others, it may take up to 8 weeks.

Keep in mind that insulin resistance can make your body more susceptible to warts, so make sure you’re on Healthy Keto and intermittent fasting if you’re not already. Check out my keto playlist to learn about Health Keto and IF.

50mg of zinc daily can also help fight off viruses that may cause warts.

First, let’s talk about what keto is. The ketogenic diet puts you into a state called ketosis. Ketosis is when your body switches from using sugar as fuel to using ketones as fuel. To do this, you have to lower your intake of carbs and sugars. This includes grains, starches, sugary drinks, bread, pasta, candy, and fruits (except some berries).

You also want to limit how often you eat. Every time you eat, you trigger insulin. Insulin stops fat burning and triggers fat storage. Our goal is to lower your insulin levels. The best way to stop triggering insulin spikes is to eat less frequently. This doesn’t mean you have to eat less food (or lower your calories)—it just means no snacking in between meals and only consuming food 1-2 times a day.

On the healthy keto diet, there is one exception to the no-carb rule. You can have as many low-carb vegetables as you want—just avoid starchy vegetables like potatoes, sweet potatoes, and corn. You want to have 7-10 cups of vegetables every day.

After lowering your carbohydrates, you want to consume a moderate amount of protein. 3-8 oz of protein per meal. You should always consume meats with fat on them. Never go for lean or low-fat options. You can consume meat, fish, chicken, seafood, eggs (with the yolk), cheese, and nuts.

Once you’ve dialed in your protein, you want to focus on consuming healthy fats. Fats will help you stay full and satisfied. Healthy fats include avocado, butter, olive oil, coconut oil, and animal fats. Avoid soy oil, corn oil, and canola oil.

Once you’ve got the hang of keto, you should add in intermittent fasting. Intermittent fasting is simply cutting back on your meals and allowing your body more time to recover from insulin. Here are three tips for intermittent fasting:
1. Only eat when you’re hungry
2. Skip breakfast
3. Stop snacking

In this video, we’re going to talk about how to use intermittent fasting for weight loss.

Intermittent fasting is the most important thing you can do for a healthy body. Why?

Intermittent fasting…
• Reduces hunger
• Boosts weight loss
• Increases your white blood cells
• Strengthens your immune system
• Increases stem cells
• Suppresses inflammation
• Increases autophagy
• Increases growth hormone by 2000%
• Increases testosterone by 180%
• Improves your mood
• Regrows brain cells
• Improves focus
• Fights off cancer cells
• Repairs mitochondria
• Repairs a slow metabolism
• Repairs insulin resistance
• Helps with diabetes

Intermittent fasting is not a diet—it’s a pattern of eating. However, it’s important to combine the Healthy Keto diet with fasting to get the most weight loss benefits.

How to do intermittent fasting for weight loss:

Stage 1: This is your normal diet, which might include six eating times throughout the day (3 meals and 3 snacks).

Stage 2: Stop snacking between your meals—limit all eating to three meals (including any snacks/treats) and add more fat to your meals.

Stage 3: Skip breakfast. Have your first meal around noon and your last meal at 6 pm. This leaves you with about a 16-hour fasting window and an 8-hour eating window (16:8).

Stage 4: Reduce your eating window. A 20:4 intermittent fasting plan is ideal for fast weight loss. This gives your body 20 hours of fasting. With this plan, your eating window could be 12-4 pm, 1-5 pm, 2-6 pm, etc...

OMAD: If you really want to speed up your weight loss, you can do OMAD (one meal a day), where you consume just one large meal each day. This is the best way to increase weight loss.

I hope you will all help me welcome Fred Evrard, who I had the great opportunity to interview.

A cancer diagnosis can be very frightening, making it difficult to make decisions. I want to help give people more options and alternative solutions to evaluate.

We are not telling anyone that they need to implement these alternative solutions, but there are things people need to be aware of if they have cancer.

Fred was diagnosed in 2020 with stage 3, borderline stage 4, colon cancer and in just four months he was cancer-free.

In this interview, Fred shares his cancer story, how he discovered alternative options, and how he survived.

Fred attributes his success to a strict organic ketogenic diet, prolonged and intermittent fasting, key knowledge from his martial arts training, psychotherapy, and a unique nutritional protocol.

Instead of doing the 24 sessions of chemotherapy the doctors originally recommended, Fred chose to do only three sessions and to otherwise tackle his cancer naturally.

I’m excited for you to watch this interview with Fred Evrard and learn more about his journey as a cancer survivor.
