Hello Everyone!! Welcome to Chyummy!! Today I want to share how I make my healthiest sprouted bread.

Here are the ingredients:

2 1/2 cups of hard wheat berries
1 1/2 cups of spelt
1/2 cup of barley
1/4 cup of millet
1/4 cup of lentils
2 tbsp of pinto beans
2 tbsp of northern beans
2 tbsp of kidney beans
1 1/4 cups of raw unfiltered honey
2 tbsp of yeast
4 cups of warm water

Dehydrate grains at 115 degrees for 8-12 hours
Dehydrate on oven at 170 degrees for 8-12 hours

Bake at a pre-heated 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Allow bread to completely cool before serving.
